1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 8eff ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://8eff.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and 8eff.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with 8eff and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 8eff Platform or any related gaming service operated by the Company.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 8eff or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

Each individual is permitted to register only one account on the 8eff Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to national identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds declarations.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8eff account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 8eff support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised. The Company cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or has failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number — this is strongly recommended for all 8eff accounts.
• Never access your 8eff account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Do not save your password in shared browsers or on devices to which other individuals have access.

All activity carried out through your account credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you. If you permit another person to use your account credentials, you remain fully liable for all activity and financial transactions that result from such use.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

8eff supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for Pakistani players. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently available:

• JazzCash — deposits typically processed within 60 seconds.
• EasyPaisa — deposits typically processed within 60 seconds.
• HBL Bank Transfer — processed within the same business day.
• UBL Bank Transfer — processed within the same business day.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — processed within the same business day.
• SadaPay — deposits typically processed within 5 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 — processed upon blockchain network confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and that have been verified through our KYC process. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to three business days under normal circumstances. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review. The Company will communicate any such delays to the affected player via their registered contact details.

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or technical interruptions on the networks of those providers. In such circumstances, 8eff will make reasonable efforts to assist the player in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee outcomes that are outside its direct control.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

8eff offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict arises between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all 8eff bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money wagers that qualify under the terms of the specific promotion.
• Bets placed on certain game categories or at certain odds levels may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time and without prior notice where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and other wagering products available on the 8eff Platform are governed by their own specific product rules in addition to these general Terms. Product-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and should be read before placing wagers.

Bets placed on 8eff are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing your bet slip, selected odds, and stake amount before confirming any wager. The Company will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in the following limited circumstances:

• A technical error on the part of 8eff results in an incorrect price or market being offered.
• A market is settled incorrectly and a resettlement is required.
• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances covered by the applicable sport rules.
• A bet is placed on a market that was offered in error and should not have been available.

The Company reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict market access, or decline to accept bets from any player at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised primarily for risk management purposes and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

In-play betting markets on cricket, football, UFC, and other sports are subject to additional latency rules. Bets placed after the event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended may be voided at the Company's discretion.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8eff Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using information that is not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets (insider information).
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party, acting as a payment intermediary, or using someone else's payment methods.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8eff staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 8eff Platform — including but not limited to the 8eff name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8eff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, speed, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

In all circumstances where the Company is found liable to you, the maximum aggregate liability of 8eff shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8eff account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Responsible Gaming

8eff is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits — Configure maximum session durations to receive automatic reminders when your set time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a self-exclusion from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

11Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

Either party may close an 8eff account at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or source of funds verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Company will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the affected player where it is lawful and appropriate to do so. Funds held in suspended accounts will be safeguarded during the investigation period.

12Privacy and Data Protection

8eff collects and processes personal data from registered users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. 13Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email to their registered address or via an on-screen notification upon their next login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8eff holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 8eff, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of queries and complaints can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to a senior member of our compliance team for review.
